CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Mobitos Automation Private Limited (“Kadchee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles cancellations and refunds related to the purchase or subscription of Kadchee’s software, applications, add-ons, or other digital services (collectively referred to as “Services”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy in full. Please read it carefully before making any payments.

2. No Refund Policy
Kadchee follows a strict No Refund Policy for all payments made toward its Services.
Once a transaction is successfully completed, no refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Non-usage or limited usage of the Services
  • Dissatisfaction with the features or functionalities offered
  • Termination or suspension of Services due to policy violations
  • Cancellation of subscription before the end of the billing cycle
  • Changes in pricing, features, or business needs
All payments made to Kadchee are final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy
  • Trial Users:
    Users on a free trial may cancel their subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
  • Paid Subscriptions:
    You may cancel your active subscription at any time by contacting Kadchee Support or through the in-app account management section.
    However, cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund of any amount already paid.
    You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
  • Add-ons or One-Time Purchases:
    Once an add-on or one-time feature is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

4. Service Disruption or Suspension
Kadchee reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any Service at its sole discretion, including for reasons such as:
  • Breach of Terms of Service or misuse of the platform,
  • Failure to comply with payment obligations,
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected violation of law.
In such cases, no refunds or credits shall be issued.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Kadchee maintains a No Chargeback Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment gateway for legitimate charges made to Kadchee constitutes a breach of this Policy.
If a chargeback is raised:
  • Kadchee reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and deny further access to Services.
  • The company may recover any associated costs or legal fees incurred during dispute resolution.
If you have concerns regarding billing or payment, please contact our Support Team before initiating a chargeback.

6. Modifications to the Policy
Kadchee reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
